Sunday Worship – Acts 2

10am Morning Worship

Join us for worship, prayer and teaching led by Sue. This Sunday will include our monthly sharing of communion. Continuing our series as we journey through the book of Acts, this week with Acts 2.14-41.

Morning services at HLBC include a variety of music styles and singing, Bible teaching and prayer. The first Sunday of the month has a more altogether feel, varies in format and does not include regular Sunday Club teaching for children – sometimes there are activities for younger children to go out and do, sometimes they are catered for in the service itself. A baby room is available at the back of the church during the service. Refreshments are served after the service ends, usually between 11.15 to 11.30am.

6.30pm Evening Worship

Alison leads the service this evening, focusing on the question ‘Does God speak today?’. This evening will be an opportunity to pray, reflect and discuss.

The first Sunday evening in the month follows a series of services called ‘BIG QUESTIONS’. Between 6.30pm and 7.30pm there will be time for prayer and reflection as we explore some of life’s big issues and concerns. The service is followed by free refreshments and a chance to discuss. Everyone is welcome.
